Cooking is an essential part of day-to-day life .Without this, no one can even think of surviving. More or less , at some point of time ,everyone has to do it willingly or as per the situation around. Cooking techniques however, varies from person to person depending upon his/her unique taste, economic and cultural environment.Generally ,we have seen food cooked through heat or fire .But now a days there are certain other advanced methods of cooking which has not only made it interesting but also very simple, easy and time-saving .
There are methods like baking: where one can cook using convection heating , roasting: where direct heat is applied on food to be cooked , frying: when the food is fried in oil , grilling: using inbuilt grills in stove or can be done using microwave, barbecuing: this method is specially meant for people fond of food for parties ,etc. Here the stuff is marinated first and then placed on metal sheets with stand below them. Oil is applied and the stand is heated up, boiling:most simplest and common method where water is added to food and left for boiling over heat , steaming:water is used for boiling in this process also ,but a stand is placed inside pot filled with water and then food is kept on that stand and the level of water is kept low ,and last but not the least is braising method where moist and dry heats are used in combination.
